The wine shows a deep ruby-red color and a pronounced aromatic profile of violets, red berries and subtle forest fruit notes. On the palate, it is dry, medium-bodied, with soft tannins and balanced acidity, delivering a clean, persistent finish. It pairs well with game, grilled red meats and rich pasta sauces.

Vinification:

The Lacrima grapes are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and undergo a careful, controlled fermentation to preserve their delicate aromas. Maceration on the skins extracts the wine’s signature colour, floral nuances and subtle structure, followed by brief aging in stainless steel to maintain freshness, clarity, and the purity of the fruit.
